How to use

There are two ways to use this service: you can choose a photographer by yourself after checking his/her shooting record, or you can ask the coordinator to suggest the best photographer for your needs.

1 Find a photographer

Please select a photographer by genre or location. You can also search by name for photographers with a proven track record.

2 Select and apply for a photographer

Once you have found the photographer you would like to hire, click on “Consult with this photographer” at the bottom of the photographer's details page.

3 Schedule & Conditions

Please register your desired shooting schedule and conditions on the Shooting Consultation Form. Our coordinator will coordinate between the photographer and the client.

4 contract

Once various conditions such as dates, shooting contents, shooting amount, etc. have been agreed upon, the contract will be officially signed. Please make preparations coordinated with the coordinator before the day of the shoot.

5 Filming & Delivery

On the day of shooting, please give shooting instructions to the photographer. If you wish, our coordinator can also accompany the photographer and give shooting instructions on your behalf. After the shoot, the photographer will inform you of the delivery date of the photos.

Please contact our coordinator using the Contact form. Please fill in the “Inquiry Details” section to the best of your ability, including what you are currently looking for.

Upon receipt of your inquiry, a coordinator will contact you to discuss the details. Please feel free to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

3 Suggestion of the best photographer

We will guide you to the most suitable photographer based on the information we have received from you. Please confirm that there are no problems with conditions.

4 contract

We provide on-site photography services throughout Japan. Please contact us in advance for specific areas, as availability may vary depending on the photographer's schedule.

A

Each photographer's profile page allows you to view their past work and client reviews.

Q Is there a cancellation fee?
A

There is no charge for cancellations up to 5 business days prior to the shoot date. Cancellations made after that date may incur a fee, please see our cancellation policy for details.
