Workflow

1 Contact & meeting with coordinator

Our coordinator will contact you about the shooting project.
Our coordinator will present the date, time, requirements, and cost of the shoot based on interviews.

2 Photographing

Please visit the shooting location discussed in advance.
Please take pictures according to the information provided by the coordinator in advance.

3 Delivery of goods

Please submit the photos to the coordinator within Fat days after the shooting. The coordinator will deliver the photos to you.

4 Payment

We will transfer the funds to the designated bank account at the end of the following month after the end of the month of delivery.

［ Cancellation or Postponement of Shooting ］

Cancellation of photo shoot

No cancellation fee will be charged up to 5 days prior to the scheduled shoot. A cancellation fee of 50% of the fee will be charged from 4 days prior to the scheduled shoot, and 100% of the fee will be charged from the day before the scheduled shoot. Please see our Terms of Use for details. Cancellations made by the photographer will be fully refunded.

Postponement

A cancellation fee may be charged depending on the number of days before the shoot. For details, please refer to “Cancellation of photo shoots”.
In the event of a schedule change, the photographer in charge may change depending on the photographer's schedule. Please understand this in advance.

Registration

STEP01

Find a photographer

Please apply by registering the required information using the application form.
Please submit your portfolio (including the URL of the download link).
We will review your application.

STEP02

Interview

We will conduct interviews with those who pass the initial screening.
For those who live far away, interviews will be conducted online.

STEP03

Photographer registration

If you register as a photographer as a result of the interview, we will register you as a photographer.
Once you have provided us with the necessary information to be published on the site, Our coordinator will register the photographer.

Application Requirements

  • Owners of a digital SLR or mirrorless camera (intermediate or higher)
  • RAW development on a PC and access to Adobe Lightroom.
  • At least 2 years of career as a photographer.
  • Ability to perform basic PC operations such as exchanging data and chatting with coordinators.

Q How can I register as a photographer?
A

Access the application form on our website, fill it out and submit your portfolio. After passing the initial screening, an interview will be conducted and registration will be completed after the final screening.

Q Is there a cost to register?
A

Registration itself is free of charge, but a portion of the proceeds will be charged as a platform usage fee when using the photography matching service or selling works.

Q What services can you provide after registration?
A

After registering, you can accept photography commissions on the matching platform or sell your work on epirecipe images.

Q How do you manage the artwork you sell?
A

You can upload your own works to be sold and freely manage the pricing and sales format (fixed price plans, etc.).

Q What is your cancellation policy for photo requests?
A

Our cancellation policy for photo shoot requests is that if the client cancels at least 5 business days prior to the shoot date, no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to certain fees.

Q What is the coverage area for on-site photography?
A

Although we cover all of Japan for on-site photography, we are happy to provide individual consultation to meet your needs.
